Chicken Salad with Yogurt
Description
Regular chicken salad is usually made with mayonnaise, which is high fat and high calories. This twist makes it much healthier and full of extra protein
The recipe calls for canned chicken breast, but you can absolutely use fresh rotisserie chicken in it's place if you have it.

Serve It
Spread chicken salad mixture on bread or roll with lettuce and tomato. Or put a scoop in your favorite salad. Anyway you like!
